We offer Basic, Premium and customer Entreprise plans, each with a specific scope of chargeable hours per month. Initial payment for the selected monthly plan is due upon execution of the Agreement. Automatic drafts will be processed against the credit card you put on file every month on the date you signed up. Simply visit our plans and pricing table (below) to determine which plan meets your needs.
Itemized time billing will be provided on the 15th and last day of the month so that you are able to include the time in your client billing.
Hours do not carry over from one month to the next, so we recommend that you make a conservative estimate of the assistance hours you anticipate needing before choosing a plan. If you find that you require more hours, you can always upgrade your plan accordingly.
